It was supposed to be, but after Larry having it for 8 months, I said just do it with anything any color. Use finger paint if it will get it done. My cool hypnotize swirl that was supposed to be on the oil tank and cost me $40 to have the stencil cut, he pulled.
I pictured the paint job to be a lot different buy the way you discribed it. It still looks good.
